Where is the Iconic Montreux Jazz Festival?

The Montreux Jazzfestival is one of the most renowned and longest-running jazz festivals in the world, held every summer on the shores of Lake Geneva, Switzerland. Founded in 1967 by Claude Nobs, the Montreux Jazzfestival has become an essential event over the years, generating fantastic stories and legendary performances. While jazz and blues are at the center of the event, other styles of music quickly found their place at the festival. Subsequently, the Montreux Jazzfestival became an annual event, and it continued to grow, both in duration and scope.

The Montreux Jazzfestival today launched its second NFT series as part of its partnership with OneOf. More than 50 years after its first edition, Montreux has become an icon in the festival world as a place that not only showcases eminent and generation jazzy talent, but also hugely important and influential figures from a wide range of genres.
